If You send a message with the contact form, Your name, Your company, Your e-mail address, the selected subject and Your message are sent to the Company by e-mail. These details are only used to answer Your request and are not passed on. To protect against misuse, the number of messages per IP address is limited; for this purpose a non-reversible value derived from the IP address is stored on the server for one hour and then deleted. The form does not use cookies. Your input is only stored temporarily in Your browser (session storage), so it is kept when You switch pages and for further messages; it is deleted when the browser tab is closed and can be removed at any time with the button "Delete inputs".
To protect against automated requests (spam), the contact form uses the service ZenCaptcha of Restoflix Sàrl-s, rue de Nospelt 3, Kehlen, Luxembourg. The security check is only loaded when You start filling in the form and runs automatically in the background without puzzles. ZenCaptcha processes technical data such as Your IP address (according to the provider only stored anonymized), browser type and version, operating system, language and the date and time of access; the servers are located in the EU. To check for throwaway addresses, the domain of Your e-mail address (the part after the @) is also transmitted, not the address itself. According to the provider, ZenCaptcha does not set cookies. The security of Your Personal Data is a high priority, but please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Although commercially acceptable means are used to protect Your Personal Data, its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
